How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Canada for now,International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.Subscription needed.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We're here to help. Contact us immediately at jvd@jvdjewelry.com with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at jvd@jvdjewelry.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label for domestic returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The credit will appear in your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you'd like a different size, color, or style, let us know and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry features premium resin, glass beads, and metal components. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and quality.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking beautiful, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to clean.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
