Shipping policy

Before returning any item to JVDesigner, buyers must first obtain authorization.

Return Policy Details:

• Buyer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
• Authorization Process: Email us at joseeflo@gmail.com with a description of the issue and a clear photo of the damaged or broken item.
• This must be done within 7 days of purchase.
• Time Limit: Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Exchange Policy:
  • Exchanges are accepted.
  • Buyers cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • For U.S. customers, JVDesigner will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you only if the item was broken within 7 days.
  • For international customers, you are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs.
